Yellostone Nationalpark ist sowohl der groesste in Amerika als auch der aelteste in der Welt. Der Park ist ausserdem einer der groessten aktiven Vulkane in der Welt. Es finden sich 300 Geysir und rund 10 000 geothermische Aktivitaeten, welche Dampf und kochendes Wasser von unter der Erdkruste ausspucken. Der Park erholt sich immer noch von dem Feuer 1988, das ein Drittel des Parkes verbrannt hat.

Yellowstone National Park is the largest national park in Amnrica as well as the oldest in the world. It is also one of the largest active volcanoes in the world, with over 300 geysers and 10,000 geothermal features spewing steam and boiling water from beneath the earth's crust. Today it is still recovering from the fires that burned over a third of the park in 1988.
